Hi guys, I'm new!

Hello everyone! I'm very new to these forums and I just joined, even though I had winamp for a long time. I didn't know where to post this, but I thought this would be the right thread hopefully. I want to make my own skin because even though all these talented artist make the skins of anime things that I download, not all of them exactly have what I specifically want. Therefore, I wanted to ask where do I download the skin maker? I've looked at the forums, but I'm so confused. Any help would be apreciated. Thank you

Welcome. But for the love of god, don't use a skin generator. The skins made by it luke fugly, and no decent skinner uses one anyways. I would recommend reading this tutorial for makin classic skins.

what you need is a image editor software. yea....the link provide by m2k is a good guide for you.
