DJCassio uses SAM2, which is a $200 professional online broadcasting program. All the information you need is in the link that DJCassio provided.

The easiest that I've found to do this requires no coding whatsoever. I am using it in my signature.

Go to www.gerpok.com and take a look at the tutorial.
