Two people broadcast at same time?
Just wondering if its possible to have a co host on a shoutcast radio show from another city?
Only way i have figured out how to do it is using AIM Talk, also a good free way to do interviews by the way, for anyone wondering a decent way to do that. |

You can only have one source connected at the time, so what your doing is basically the only way. A great, clear voice-over-ip program is http://www.skype.com. I recommend using that over AIM.

The Second possible Way ist to Set up another Shoutcast Server on which the Co Mod is streaming. Then just add the second server as Loation to your Winamp and you can stream this to your default Shoutcast Server. But this should be a little tricky because of the delay. I never tried this

Yeah you would get like a 40-50 second delay maybe more if it was realy low bandwidth.

Hey guys thanks. I'm gonna try that skype out. Looks promissing. AIM Talk works fine but more clarity would be great.
I tried to buy some radio shack crap so people could actually call in. Used a phone recorder jacked into input but it didnt work at all. |
