Cannot Listen To any Station :/

I may just be the biggest jackass ever but I'm having alot of problems connecting to any station on shoutcast. Whenever I hit the listen button it says that Internet Explorer cannot download the requested internet site, It is either unavailable or does not exsist. I am running winamp version 5.03a and connect to the internet through a router. Also I never have any problems connecting to other radiostations just the ones off of Shoutcast.com Please help. By the way I do not know ver much about computers so try and make any help as easy as possible

Try clearing your internet cache.

Tried that but it didn't work, same message :/
