web based rotating playlist

Is it possible to use php or cgi to create a rotating playlist (pls file) for a web site to allow announcements to be shown before starting a stream when people click on a link. A combination of on demand and regular streaming put together.

As other people click on the link to watch a NSV stream, the playlist rotates and puts the announcement files in a different order, with the last file always being the NSV stream.

Not for ActiveX use, just for a winamp or compatible player use.

it's possible but don't expect it to work for anyone using the Media Library to view your stream.
