anyone has any thoughts on wich free blog service is the best?
Blogger?
LiveJournal?
ModBlog?
or another one?

I myself use Blogger for my blog (in norwegian)

I would suggest Tiffany (points to sig) but it's not finished yet, and it's not a service. Just scripts you can put on your own server.
