School's out, Suckers.
Yep. That's right. Three months to myself. I know atleast half of you work here... I get to laze around, go to the river and swim, stay out all night... Even walking out into my backyard is peaceful; Light yellow spots of sun sneak through the thick green of the big tree leaves. The smell of fresh cut grass... that ambient, monotonious buzz of a lawnmower in the background. I love it

I finished university last May/June and now only get short holidays when I book them (but not more than 2 weeks at a time). No holidays for a while yet, too busy at work but I get a day out over to Dublin next Friday and not been to Ireland before so should be a nice change.

Had my last exam on June 4. However, between summer homework and this camp I working at to fufill part of my service requirement, I don't really have much of a summer to enjoy anyway before I go back to school August 20-something...
Favortie part of summer: sitting on my ass and doing nothing. That's always fun. Don't have a favorite summer, specifically, though. Normally, they're all good.[edit: Holy crap! I think this is my first post as "Member!" SWEET!] |
