it always gives me this error . please help me.

and i already went to network connections on the control panel and disabled the firewall tht comes with xp.

This error has nothing to do with a firewall issue. This is generally caused when you change the srcip/destip from ANY.

You may want to do a search for "Some other process is using this port!" it comes up with quite a few hits.

Note: Other search criteria may produce more useful results.
