Wtf. I change my home page, and Hit apply, and then ok, and when I close and reopen IE, it's about:Blank again. I change it back, close it, and It's back. I clear my history, my files, and my cookies, and OOP, doesnt work.

WTF!!!!!!!?

Yup,
Possibly a browser hijacker. Have you tried scanning you system with an ad/spyware buster? Spybot Search&Destroy is a good one.

WTF. I downloaded that program, cleared every problem that it found, and then changed the homepage and it STILL didnt change. I did another search, and the spybots/spywear was still there! I did another search, STill there! Cleared, did another search, STILL THERE!, etc.

Sounds like a polymorphic worm to me. I had one about a week ago on my laptop. It was called Actulice. It was a real bitch to get rid of. It would rename itself and spawn multiple copies (different names). had to disable all programs at startup, check each one individually, delete them and then delete them from the recycle bin to finally get rid of it.

No, these are registry keys. Also, I have already made sure that only the things I want start up on startup.
