unwanted deletion

i have searched the forums to no avail.
but i do apologise if this has been posted, and/or it is obvious

whenever my current song has finished playin in it is deleted from my playlist, this is abit annoying since, i add a file to my playlist, not expecting it to be deleted.

i hope there is a simple answer to this, and will provide more information if necessary.
