The Gloabal hotkeys dont work when im playing games?

is there something i could do to get it to work, or an alternate plugin?

Yup. Unfortunately some games do override the hotkeys (usually fullscreen games).

Possible alternative plug-ins...
RM-X for Winamp
-or-
Linas.info Hotkeys

I have not tried them and don't know if they will act globally. Also you could try plug-in search with words like global, hotkeys and/or keyboard as keywords.
