Soundcard input doesnt work

I have installed winamp 5.3 and Shoutcast -dsp-1-8-2b-windows.
Windows Xp professional 5.1 (build 2600)
No windows updates are installed.

I can send on winamp but when i try to send on soundcard input it doesnt work.
I cant use the microfoon or mixing console.

When I play a cd on soundcard input I can hear it on my system.

I think its a problem in the software.

Help Me please Linda

Click mixers and make sure that they're all configured correctly.
