Can someone help me edit this skin so the video window looks better?

i have no intent to post this as my own, i just want it fixed for my personal use. i want to know how to edit the video window so there is no black border around the video.

Open the skin file using winzip or some other zip utility, find the file video.bmp, edit in your fave bitmap editor, add back to zip file using the aforementioned zip utility and bingo.
