It won't connect

I'm TRYING to do some SHOUTcasting, but it wont connect! I've done everything the readme says and I've been to every darn support page, but still.. it wont connect. I've registrered a host on no-ip.com so i've got that. What seems 2 be the problem?
PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I am having some difficulty as well, I get this message when I Try to stream radio:

"Access to the specified device, path or file is denied" referring to some temp internet folder. What does this mean?

DFM..

Do you have a DNAS (SHOUTcast server) installed?

If so, did you change the DNAS variables srcIP and destIP from ANY?

Is your DNAS and Winamp/DSP combo on the same machine?

What exactly are you entering for "Address" and "Port" in the DSP?
