Licensing and multi monitor

How does licensing work or cost if I wanted to display milkdrop in
a bar on occasion?

...and

Will milkdrop work on a three monitor setup? ie 3 video cards each with it's own display, with the desktop stretched across all three?

2. maybe. on my ati card peformance goes to the shitter when its stetched onto the 2nd screen. To use it windowed on the 2nd screen only i have to set the display adapter to "ati radeon 9600XT --- secondary"
