Unable to Connect
Not entirely sure what's going on with my inability to connect. I am running thru a D-Link DI-614+ router, Win2KPro OS, Motorola Surfboard 4100 cable modem and Cox Cable.
I have played with the router settings even to the point of setting up a DMZ on my main computer. That had no effect. I have also contacted D-Link who had me change the MTU setting to 1428. Still no effect. The only other option I have is to set it up thru Applications. However I do not know the trigger port range or the public port range for your add-on software. If anyone has any clues as to what I need to do...please help. Thank you. |

I'm about to go nuts trying to figure this mess out. Opened the ports on the firewall....it says...connecting then not connected. Not sure why now. :/
