Right click menu

I am using winamp 2.91 right now.

I remember being able to right-click on folder(s) and having the options, "Play in winamp" and "enqueue in winamp" but now this option only seems to appear when I click on files themselves.

Is there a way to fix this?

Upgrade to Winamp 5.03.

Is that really necessary?

I don't see any other reason to upgrade to 5.03. The only difference I noticed between the two was that when i would right click on winamp, i would see "Play folder" instead of "play directory".

the only difference between 2 & 5 is that it contains bug fixes
so why not upgrade?
(please do not say it's slower, since it isn't)

btw:
be sure 'show winamp in folder context menus in windows explorer' is checked (prefs -> file types)
maybe try toggling it...

Maybe I will try winamp 5 again ...

Winamp 5 is Winamp 2.9x with bugfixes(as stated by siebe83), and some added features such as modern skin support and CD ripping/burinig. If you don't like the new things, don't install them in the setup, or use Winamp 5.03 Lite.
