Re: SHOUTCast :(
Hi everyone,
I have a problem with SHOUTCast Source, it has been playing fine then this morning I brought up Winamp and the SHOUTCast Source came up started playing after about an hour it came back with a couldn't find source in the shoutcast source log, It also is timing out for long periods of time and not playing the stream, Anyone have an Idea of What the problem is? I am using a SBLive Value and a Logitech USB Headphone with Boom Mic. I am trying to get the SBLive to not be involved in this as I don't want it involved. The input source on the ShoutCast Source is set to Winamp. So when I do that it stops streaming and goes silent. I hear the Music and everything fine through my headphones so I don't think the soundcard is the problem. I have it on a Toshiba M500 Dual Processor Pentium III 700 System with 1 GB of Ram and a Cable Connection to internet an ATI 9000 Pro 128 MB Video Ram (DDR) I belive. And I have a 125 GB of Hard Drive space with a DVD Drive (LiteOn). So in my mind I have enuf horse power for this am I wrong? Thanks, Last edited by TazDevil59; 28th July 2004 at 17:50. |
