MP3-Streaming from Server

Hi,

with our shoutcast stream we decided to send from the server. this mean we want upload the mp3s & movies, take them into a list. and the server will stream then automatical ones after ones. have you any idea about it. how it works ?

if i understand your question right you want to set up on demand . people goto the server and after clicking on a song they can hear it ?

its nearly but not right,

i will upload some mp3s ( 100 ) in a directory, and the server should stream one song after one song, you understand ?

Nope, it doesn't.

If you want that use the DSP too and add the 100 to Winamp and play them on a loop.

On Demand plays one song at a time.

the link doesnt help me with my problem.
i need something like a playlist, if nobody streams ....
i have not the opportunity that a pc can run the whole day, because i will surf further with this connection.

I think i had the same problem you have. I had a hudge stack of MP3s on my computer, and I wanted to broadcast from anoter computer (AMR Server). I networked the computers together, so when I download music it goes into the network and the radio can play it. Then I set up Winamp, Shoutcast (DSP and Server), then they key to it all...WWWinamp. With WWWinamp I can make my playlist online from any computer.

Yeah you want sc_trans. Look for it at shoutcast.com. Also WWWinamp would work...
