Restarting Server - Please hurry, have show in less than hour

Hi,

I run a live radio show every Sunday night and we start in less than an hour at 7 EST. My server must be down and I have SSH Secure Shell as my client to restart it, but I need to know what I am supposed to type in again. I've done it before, but forgot how. Can anyone help?

Right now, I am at a screen that says:
