Slowing down??

This is odd.

Okay, first off, i'm on a LAN. I've managed to open it up to the net, and I've had people listening for two to three hours at a time.

I try to start it up today, it won't work. I check and part of my IP was different. I adjust the firewall settings accordingly.

I have someone listen it. I get full upload (30kb/s) for about 20 seconds, then it cuts down to 15kb/s, then 12kb/s, then it stops.

Something wrong with my firewall settings? What's going on?
