Put this on your hosting. Like my domain is www.112underground.com how could I make it radio.112underground.com/listen.pls

or are you not able to do that

Upload a .pls to your webserver.

You can get a static name, such as foo.bar.com (not as cool as that, though

) from http://www.no-ip.com or one of the other myriad of Dynamic DNS Services.
Then, your links would be:
DNAS link: http://foo.bar.com:yourDNASport
Listen link: http://foo.bar.com:yourDNASport/listen.pls

Note: Be sure to download the No-IP.com Dynamic DNS update client.
