Food.
How many calories do you think you eat per day? Do you care? I know people that wont eat cheese because it's too fatty (
 )... the type of person that wont eat more than a thousand calories a day. What kind of stuff do you eat? Is dieting good or bad? Raspberry cheesecake sounds good right about now
 I try to eat healthy, and make sure the rugrat does to. Don't want her to grow up like a lot of kids these days. But, as far as calorie counting goes, I couldn't tell you how much I consume. |

Yea, I dont tend to really care... I guess I just eat until I'm full. Then I'll eat more if I get hungry. It seems stupid to me to stop eating if I'm still hungry.

i mainly eat fish, white meats and veg ...very little sweet stuff - drink water or herb teas ...so em yeah I eat kinda healthy.....

I have nooo idea how many calories I eat. My gf probably knows it better than I do, because of her profession (she's a cook). I answered 3000+ anyway. Should be more careful nowadays coz I don't move too much anymore, and have gained a little weight

I work out every day, alternating each day between cardiovascular and weight training, plus I'll be back into biking soon as well. So my body is demanding more nutrients and more calories than it used to.
I'm 6'3", 190 lbs., athletic and moderately cut (a good bit more than the last time I've posted pics of myself here), and my body mass index (BMI) is 23.7. I don't count calories, but I can give an educated guess as I'm familiar with the calorie content of the foods I eat. I estimate my daily intake is somewhere between 2800 and 3300. I'm a psychosomatic sister running around without a leash. |

i have no clue how many calories i eat on a daily basis, somedays i don't have time to eat... too busy taking care of my 2 month old, and making sure she's getting enough calories.... LOL my favorite food is macaroni and cheese though, haven't been keen on sweets for 3 or 4 years now, don't know what happened...
