you need to forward ports 8000 & 8001 to the LAN IP address of the PC with shoutcast. Consult your router documentation on Port Forwarding or it is also known as Virtual Server.

Although no firewall is on you need to forward incoming ports 8000 and 8001 so that the outside world can get in and do the same outbount (although outbound is usually automatic).

You'll need to check the makers manuals or website for info on how to open or forward ports.

To determine the LAN IP of the PC with shoutcast, go to that PC. click start>>run enter cmd click OK. When the DOS window oopens, enter ipconfig at the prompt and hit enter. Read the line that says IP ADDRESS. That is the address you use to forward to.
