Any Other Way People can Broadcast?

I am simply through and very frustrated trying to get people to log into my shoutcast server using the DSP pluigin for winamp from their computers. No one can log in and I've tried everything.

Opening ports, new router, different network setup, everything. It just DOES NOT WORK. There is something I know that could be very simple that I am missing but I don't know what.

All I have is a simple firewall seperating the pc from the Internet and I have ports 8000 and 8001 open and forewarded to the pc with the radio server.

Should I be running a webserver on the same pc that is connected to the Internet?, it forewards to the radio server pc. Could that be it?

Is there any other way I can have DJ's broadcast from their pc's over my server, other than them coming across country to my house?


I got people lined up to broadcast and no way to allow them to.

Have them set up a DNAS to broadcast to on their machine and then relay it.
