Problem picking which genre I want to play

Currently, I play Hip-Hop & Jazz each in their own 12 hour blocks.

Now..I thought that this would work until I get a server to put my jazz mp3s on and stream it from there.(I would have to do this because of what I use my connections for)

Now, I'm wondering...what do you prefer...Hip-Hop or Jazz?

Also, I would appreciate it if ya have any suggestions for the station as well.

Thanks

Sincerely,

John Shumate - Owner of High Tech Entertainment

Also realize it's mostly broadcasters here, it's not like WE would spend much time listening to other stations on a consistent basis.

I personally love smooth jazz. I have hundreds of CD's. I go to no less than 10 concerts a year. So my choice was easy for a Genre. I play the music I love and I am happy I am able to share it with others.

I agree with Spaceplay. Stick to what you know and go with the music that turns you on the most. The station owners who play what they love make listening great because they really know how to mix their music and play the music that keeps listeners tuned in. I've heard your jazz slots John and they're trimendous!!!!

Thanks for the replies.

I asked this cause I know both of these genres very well, and I love listening to them both.

So...until more people help me...I'll probably pick Jazz..thats if Jen ever replies back in that email I gave her.
