Wanna take over my metal station?

Anyone interested to assume control of my shoutcast station? Here's the deal. I wanted to start a shoutcast station showcasing underground metal music. I have everything setup and plenty of bandwidth to spare on my dedicated server. I only use about 35GB of my 1200GB monthly bandwidth.

There are two reasons I can't run the station:
1. I am too damn busy.
2. My connection to the Internet sucks.

The only thing I'm asking is the person follow some simple guidelines:

+Only play metal music that you have permission to play.
+Allow me to submit music from some underground bands that I work with.
+Willingness to keep the station live 24-7
+Bands should never pay to have their music played.

I will also give you access to the domain (www.cdxdirect.com) so you can create and take charge of the website.
