Help needed, i want to broadcast in comercial purposes

This is my first post here, so first hi to everybody
I ll try to stay at the point with everything
I want to broadcast adult content in promotional purposes.
I have license for the content, i have my own server, so from that side no worries. My tech guy already set up the server so i can broadcast, now that won t be a problem.
The problems that i have are that i m not sure what are the rules and i don t want to be banned from there so any help would be apreciated.

So, i prepared 12 little movies, the first is an introdution ones with presentation of the movies, i mean it starts with 12 still images of 12 models performing 1 seconds each, then 4 seconds of a still image with advertising text, then 12 little pieces of movies, like 10 to 20 seconds, in each one the girls performing. The only advertisement on the clips is a watermark at the top bottom right, i don t stop the movies for other still images with advertisement, just that before each little clip that is part of the movie there is a 1 seconds still image with the girl performing.
Then, the other 11 are just movies with the girls performing, no more still images with advertising, just the watermark text on the bottom right corner.
How should i broadcast? I mean should i put each movie to broadcast for 4 hours, 10 hours, a day?
Could you give me some tips what to do and what not to do?
A friend of mine tried to broadcast and got banned cause he let just a clip broadcasting for 2 days.
And what would be the size in mb and resolution of the movies i should broadcast? The server is good enough and i can replace it with a better one if needed, but i don t want to waste bandwith, i don t know if i would make any money of it, i will just broadcast.
I see there are already some guys advertising, and i can say after watching there clips that mine are more clean, i mean i don t stop the movie to say bla bla bla, bla bla bla , visit bla bla bla.
From my experience as a webmaster, simple things work better.
Maybe other questions will come, i just finished to make the movies, they are mpeg format, and now it is time to convert them, tho i m not sure what size should i make them.
I m still reading help files and tuts, it s something different that from my usual work, lucky my tech guy is very smart.

The one you should pay extra attention to is #6. If you just have a clip repeating over and over, you'll get banned. Try to have more than 30 mins of real content (no teases or 'see the rest at my site') and you should be fine.

As long as you don't use VP6 for your video codec, you need not worry about being commercial, NSV and VP3 are free for commercial uses.

As for bitrate, use whatever you have the best luck with. There aren't restrictions on this as long as its above 64 and you have it around the icy-br in your header.

To figure out the users, just use this formula:
total users = (max bandwith * 0.9) / stream bitrate
so a 300kbps stream on a 10mb connection would allow 30 users.

thank you, already read that rules.. tho 30 mins is a little too much, cause i don t put advertisements, beside the first one that has that still image with bla bla bla. i just use watermark. i took a look at the other streams and some of them i think have around 20 mins of content and their advertisement is much more aggresive, i like to let the content talk for me. that 30 mins can they be in 12 clips?
i mean each clip to have 1 2 3 or 5 6 mins.
and can i let each clip broadcast for around 1 2 10 hours and then change to next? i mean i will make a playlist of 12 clips, and they ll change after regular periods of time.
and where can i buy v6?
if it does not cost a lot i will buy it, i won t spend a lot on it if i m not sure i m gonna get the money back.
i would tell how my clips are but maybe this is not the right place, i don t know what age requirements you have for the new users.

I wouldn't have the clips change like that, I'd just have them all cycle through, or else it'll appear you have a lot less content than you really do.

so if i have them cycle, now when a new person comes, what movie will he she get first? i mean each time when a new person comes he she will have to see the first 7 to get to see the eight ? or should i make that every 20 minutes the order of the movies change

The streaming works like a normal TV.

Whenever they join determines what they'll see first, whether it be video 1 or video 8 or half way thru video 4, etc. It doesn't start videos when someone joins, they just see whatever the station happens to be on.

you didn t get my question, the which movie comes first is for the moderator, i mean if he comes and checks my movie and see that they always start with the first one, maybe he has not patience too wait and see if it changes...that s why i m asking if the start movie should change at periods of time

I'm not sure you understand quite how it works. When someone joins, it will most likely not be that first video, unless that first video is streaming at the time.

If they join when the first video is playing, then disconnect for 10 mins, when the rejoin, it'll be 10 mins after that first video (say video 2 and 3 finished by now) and they'll see video 4, video 1 will not restart.

Hi everyone:

If all you have are little short clips, then I would just simply load 'em all because even though you may not have *A* 30 minute clip, at least you'd have 30 minutes or so COLLECTIVELY amongst all the short clips.

I don't own or run a porn stream (though I like some of the ones that are listed of course ), but I always like to think THE MORE THE MERRIER. Know what I mean?

as soon as i m launching them you ll see mine are not crap. tho if it worths i ll keep broadcasting, else, i ll stop
