i have seen many poasts telling u things about remote hosting but i want to know what do you need to upload and then what do you do with it ect

you need shell acces to the remote server
do a search for telnet ssh or shh ?? can't remember which one it was at the moment or setup on remote server / remote server you should be albe to find a few threads about this subject.
