You mean having SC working with the firewall still up?
http://forums.winamp.com/showthread...threadid=170505 Assuming its WinXP's fw. Words are very unnecessary, they can only do harm, so enjoy the silence - Depeche Mode Firemonger Project: Help spread Firefox |

I was getting the same message and having problems with my song info displaying on my home page, as well as updating in the shoutcast directory. I had to disable windows firewall, and did a fresh install of the Shoutcast server directly from the downloads page, all is running, no problems and everything is updating correctly again.
