Problem with song title and artist

Hello! I am running Shoutcast server, but the titles of the songs and artists does not appeared in Winamp. What's wrong?
My radio automation system is Sam2, everything is configured correctly in it, but the title songs and artists doesn't appeared only the name of the radio station plus - mp3 pro. Please help me!

Check the encoder settings in SAM2. Your options for using title and data streaming are located in there and has to be turned on in order to work.

I checked the settings of the encoders, however, everything is set correctly. The title streaming is checked.
