Help Linking

Everytime i disconnect my IP changes i need to make one link to my radio station so that i can put it on my website i dont wanna change it everytime can anyone plz help me

There are 2 solutions to this:

1. Get a Stream host (reccommended)
2. Use a service like www.no-ip.com

im already using NO-IP I have a Domain name to my IP and everything wut do i do to link it the soutcast or to the lisen.pls

simple instead of giving them a link with your ip number give them the link with the name you have at no-ip
be sure to download the client that keeps tracking your ip in case of a change.

so give a link , like mine

http://spaceplayradio.kicks-ass.net:8000/listen.pls

where do u get that lisen.pls and how do i set that up

i never put my IP in the DSP i put LocalHost when i put the domain i got from NO-IP i can connect at all .... and wut file do it get from http://www.dyndns.org/

to use such a service you need to know your real ip number, this service kinda forwards your real ip adres to the adres you have choosen with this service.

needless to say that localhost isn't working from the outside of your computer.
you need to get a redirect to your ip number.

just read the page very closely and you will see how to.

btw. localhost only needs to be put in the dsp plug. nowhere else.
