yes you can use sc_trans_osx available for download under the sc_trans package or you can use a third party system.

I downloaded that, but I cant seem to find a winamp that is compatible with both SHOUTcast and Mac X

I believe that sc_trans broadcasts from a folder instead of a media player.

sc_trans is an application so use the console environment to run it.
