Annoying problem: help!

Hi,
When I start up the Shoutcast Server Moniter, everything works fine. I start up winamp, connect, and I am online. However, the moniter suddenly keeps giving me this weird message I cant seem to fix:

<10/05/04@12:30:16> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: my ip address) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection timed out))

I have looked all over the place on my computer to find out how to disable what it is asking, but cant seem to find it.Anyone know what I should do? Thanks.
