Fast forward scrolling help

You know. The slider that you drag back and forth to create fast forward and rewind on the sets.
Well I cant get winamp to show the slider on any sets at www.oseao.com and i want to. If you open the sets in real or windows media you can get the slider. I tried to write an intelligent question a few weeks ago but the answer I got was too intelligent and I cant figure it. i was told to change the MIME setting on pls to audio/scpls I cant figure out how to do this on the server side. We use an apache server. thanks for any help.
