the definition of bitch

should include my name now.
i called my insurance company to find out how many policies i had with my name on it. i had one with just me(for the lumina),one with me and my dad on it(the van) and one with me and my soon-to-be-ex(the truck). now apparently i was the holder to the truck and the van on the policy. soooo i told the lady that i wanted all but the lumina dropped.

Im getting $353.00 back and now my soon-to-be-ex is driving with no insurance :P
i hope he gets pulled over!!!!

"Well, got to love you and leave you, need to go get into the shower and rub my hard naked body all over with soapy bubbles, I'll be back later to carry on playing....

It'll take you some time to get over the image of me naked in the shower......mind you don't masturbate to hard thinking about it...."

Not to rain on your parade, but......

A friend of mine got hit by a driver who had no insurance, broke both her legs, fractured her pelvis and wrote off her brand new car she had just purchased.

Because the driver of the vehicle had no insurance she spent the next 6-8 months off work chasing him through the courts to get paid out, it wasn't enough for her to have to spend those 6-8 months using a wheelchair and crutches to get about and having her legs and pelvis wired and bolted together, but having to deal with the legal machinations of dragging someone through the courts to get some kind of compensation for the accident just put the icing on the cake nicely.

While I applaud you for taking matters into your own hands, I would urge you to at least tell your soon to be ex that he is driving around illegally, not particulary for his sake, but for the sake of anybody who may be unfortunate enough to have an accident with him.

well i know about accidents with unisured motorists. i was in the passenger side when we got t-boned on my side. since august i didnt know i was driving with no insurance because he changed the policy to have me as a excluded driver, yet i was still on the policy for some reason. im not going to hunt him down to let him know what i did. Hell he may even have another policy that i dont know about(im finding new shit out everyday). he never told me that me and my kids were riding in a tank with no insurance.

Yeah! I was hit as a pedestrian awhile back. At first he's policy was cancelled the day he hit me so I would have max at 10,000 for everything, which would have barely covered one surgery. Most of the coverage he had gotten eaten up with five years of surgery and leg braces.

I got hit by a bike on the quad yesterday. He was going to fast. I saw him in time so was able to do like a quarter turn out of the way, but we still scraped shoulders and since he was going so fast, he falled. We were both ok tho. I felt bad. I wasn't paying attention. Both our faults I guess.

and oh yea...I agree with jones. Only fuck him over if it doesn't have the possibilty to scerw anyone else's life up.

Pixie, you may be liable if something were to happen, since you cancelled the insurance without his knowledge. At the very least he could cause you to spend massive amounts on legal fees defending yourself.

I suggest you take out a classified ad for a week in the newspaper in the town where he lives, stating you have cancelled the insurance and are not liable for any debts incurred by him.

At least you can say you attempted to notify him if something happens.

And one other thing, Pixie...is the car or the tags in
your name?

I know in my state we have something like 48 hours to turn
in tags to a vehicle of a car that has no insurance. If they don't get turned in, they slap you with some outrageous fine every day you don't turn them in.

Now if you really want to be a bitch and the car is
just registered to you? Report it stolen. haha

But I know how it is

...I'm not saying that I support what you're doing, but I do agree with getting him back. ...As hard as you possibly can without hurting YOURSELF in return.

My dad got run down on his motorcycle by a truck. He had his lights and sirens going (funeral escort) and the guy (drunk, later cited for DUI) still just fuckin plowed into him head on. Glancing blow, but it destroyed his left foot.

Long story short, that was 3 years ago, haven't seen shit.

As Squakmix said, screw him over as best you can, but make sure you or your family don't get in trouble for it. If he was willing to hit your kids when he was actually with you, realize that he might do more now that it doesn't matter. Especially if he thinks you deliberately tried to fuck him over.

Ah, Jones. Forever the wise, forever the thoughtful.

Pixie, I agree... Your ex may be a fuckwit who deserves to be stuck between someone's car treads, but in case some little kid gets hit by him or somethin'... Yeah.

You never notice those who are silently pro-marijuana, so it seems that everyone tries to make it obvious, which is obviously incorrect.

If someone is injured as a result of the ex-husband, they won't have to be "out in the cold" as a victim of the "system" seeking legal recourse. With even a decent pro-bono lawyer they could recover damages quickly using something called "garnishment stacking". This is not a law, but a loophole....or rather, it's taking advantage of the inefficiencies of state government beaurocracies. Most states have a limit of between 25% and 40% for garnishments to a person's income, but with some legal "manipulation", garnishments can be broken down and filed in such a way that the max is exceeded, to the tune of 100% of a person's income, or even more.

That means in the event of an accident with injury, if the victim has this knowledge and can enlist a pro-bono attorney, your ex could end up oweing 100% of his income to the victim for years, and even incur additional legal debt along the way if the garnishment stack exceeds his total gross income per month.

Now, if you have kids, this may not be preferable, since it would impede his ability (and incentive) to pay child support. Not to mention the kids may not be thrilled about going to visit him in his cardboard box on 5th street and joining in on his daily meal of bugs from the sidewalk.

100% garnishment is quite doable if you know how to play the system. I've seen it happen, and it's NOT pretty for the person being garnished...in fact it destroys lives entirely.

So don't shed too many tears for any potential accident victims at the hands of the ex. They would have the ability to take everything he has in his life, forever.

A bitch is a good woman who's been crossed

Lets this be a lesson to everyone. Here's a case of a woman who had already suffered a harsh relationship, did her best by her kids, and met someone she thought would be the one to help complete her life. She put all her effort into it, expecting a partner in life, and instead got a leech. And to top it off, she got burned again.

Definitly a case of "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned" as Rob previously stated.

I did something similar to my ex fiance. Long story short, as a huge favor to his family, I allowed him to store his car, after we split, at my parents place as long as he paid $45 a month. Well, two months go by and no money. So, I let his family know, and they said do whatever it takes to get the money. I didn't feel very charitable by this point, so, for about a month I left all four windows cracked. Anyone living in the Northwest will know what had happened to the interior by that point At the same time, I "tried" to get a hold of him to let him know that if I didn't have what was owed within the end of the month, the car would be towed and put up for auction. He never responded. Oh yeah, did I mention that he was still paying off the car, and still owed about $4000 on it? Well, the car was auctioned off for about $1200. And he still owes the bank the rest
