Using Video stream, Splicing out Audio for Radio Station?

Hey there wondering if anyone knows how to take a stream you are reciving from someone who is streaming a live video stream, take it from the server and splice out just the audio so you can take that stream and put it on an audio only station.

What i want to be able to do is when a user streams to our live streaming dj station we can provide both video stream and audio only stream (radio station) without making the user simontaniously stream 2 streams. (im streamed out =p)

Let me know if there are any solutions currently.. Thanks!!

tune into video stream with winamp, then use the shoutcast dsp the stream out audio to shoutcast server...

simple as pie..
