Newcomer, a few questions

I am interested in running Shoutcast server.

1. Recommended maximum slots per server and suggested average max slots per certain CPU power (ie. 50 slots Pentium IV HT, 150 Dual Xeon, etc.) and recommended memory?

2. Is shoutcast bandwidth heavy generally speaking? If so, please provide an example of low and hi quality broadcasting

3. Any special GUI available or is that simply built in the server side install? Difficult to install shoutcast?
