Scanner Drachten offline!!

Hey guys,

Last sunday i found out that our local police scanner is off line . it could be found at the following link: http://81.70.146.73:8000/listen.pls. I live in Drachten, in the northern parts of holland.

after finding out about the not working scanner I began searching on the net and found the following url at www.google.com ; http://www.shoutcast.com/directory/?s=scanner. My search option was 'Scanner Drachten'so that means that the scanner was on the shoutcast too...

when typing in the scanner url: http://81.70.146.73:8000/listen.pls. i get an 'ICY 401 service not available' error. does anybody know what that exactly means? and if the server is coming back? maybe somebody knows the hoster....

From what the status page is saying (http://81.70.146.73:8000/) the server is online, but there is no audio source streaming to it.

Best thing to do is find out who runs it and give them a shout.

ill wait a few days, maybe its coming back... i tried to find the hoster, without results....
maybe somebody else knows him....

uhm does anybody know how u can find the hoster of a currently down shoutcast url... like uhm, http://81.70.146.73:8000?
