I need a bit of help, please
Hi, I need some help and I'll probably sound dumb, eh?
Anyway, i've downloaded all I needed to and tried to follow KXRM's tutorial, but got a bit lost. I managed to encode my videos and everything, but I don't know how to set them up so I can view them over winamp along with sending the link out to my friends to watch it, too. Can someone post an easy step by step guide, i've been trying to work on this for the past 7 hours :/ |

The link you are referring to is a playlist with the NSV file in it. I don't know specifically, because I don't use NSV for that purpose. Somebody will know, hopefully!!

You have four options for streaming :

I've got a quick question. I type in nsvscsrc myip:8001:header.txt C:\program files\Shoutcast\content in DOS and I get an "Error: Must have exactly one of the following /SC or /UV"
Anyone know what that means? :/ |

/SC SHOUTcast, use this switch
/UV Ultravox, you don't have one of thoes. nsvscsrc /SC myip:8001:header.txt C:\program files\Shoutcast\content |

I'm sorry I keep bothering you all, but I get another error now... I typed in /SC as you showed me, but now I get "Error: shoutcast connect string missing 1 parameters" Any advice? :/ |
