No time search bar when playing a mpeg file

I can play this file but I get no time search bar on winamp and winamp will not display the time correctly.
This is what WMP 10 tells me:

Audio Codec: Morgan Stream Switcher 0004
Video Codec: Nero Video Decoder

I have another file that uses the same specs as ^ but I get no video, it takes a while to load and it will play for a few sec before I get any sound. The file is the whole video mix of the ^ file. The ^ file is only the first half of the video mix.

When I used WMP classic, both files palyed fine with video. The first file played fine, I could even fast forard it. The second one played but I didnt have any control over the time again.
