Major Connection Issues.
Okay. Well i've gone all through here trying to find the answer to my issues, but I still can't connect to the external internet for my SC station. I'm trying to get the station running from my personal computer, on a laptop with a wireless network card. I've gone into my server config page (192.168.1.2 for me) and forwarded the port for both 8000 and 8001. I also went and disabled the router firewall and enabled the Windows firewall, with the same ports open. Still no luck. No matter what I do, its not seeing my station from the external internet.
I'm on a Linksys router, model WRT54G to be exact, with a wireless Linksys card on the laptop. I've tried the external PLS link and that doesnt work. The last thing I have to try is atleast trying to connect internally, and with my luck with this, it will most likely not work. I'm all out of options here. Help appreciated. |

Okay, still having issues. I know how to set a static IP for my router and everything and I know how to change it from DHCP to static, but my ISP doesnt require a static IP. DHCP is all i use. I don't know what to do with this, even after going through my routers manual.
