NSVenc problem

when i try to open NSVenc, it opens and then closes right away, so fast it just flashes on the screen. is this problem common and easily fixed, or is this the first time you've heard of this.

Because it is a command line application. Open up a command window change to that directory and run it from there.

If you don't know how to run a command line application, try searching the forums for a GUI.
