multi broadcasting

Ok,

we have a computer with a live 5.1 sound card. I want to be able to stream two different feeds to a website our company has. One is through mic in , the other is through line-in; mic - in being for sports broadcasts and linein for music and so forth. Is it possible to have 2 instances of shoutcast/winamp running with one set to mic, one set to line in and have them both stream their respect feeds?

I trid this and it didnt seem to work. can shoutcast differientiate b/t 2 different sound cards? Is what im asking even possible? Thanks for your help!

for a bit clearer explaination; the mic-in comes from the university broadcasting station. it is piped to our office via a line that has a special connector that the phone company installed to a 1/8 inch stereo plug that fits into the back of the sound card for mic-in - they can talk play music whatever; the line-in is from a radio (as a test) however we cannot get them to stream at the same time. Again i dont know if this is possible. thanks for your help.
