problem with recycle bin =(

something really weird is happening with my recycle bin so i'll get right to the point.

i've got 3 partitions in my computer. drive c, d, and e. the problem is this:

when i delete a file from C and E, the file doesnt go into the recycle bin. it disappears into thin air. when i delete for D however, it goes in the trash, the bin icon changes to filled, and i can do "empty recycle bin" no problem.

also, as you can see in this picture:
http://web.njit.edu/~hz28/recyclebin.JPG

when i go to recycle bin properties, only drive D is shown, not C and D. (which makes sense because it only seems to recognize what i delete when its from drive D)

anyone know what the problem could be?

proporties -- check if you have it on seperate deleting for each station or if you have it on default settings for all stations.

and than check if files that are deleted go into the bin or are deleted at once.

O.o what do you mean by "seperate deleting for each station or if you have it on default settings for all stations" ? and properties of what?

and yes they're set to delete into recycle bin.

I checked the recycle bin and aside from no posts being registered towards your post count, it seems to be working fine

In recycle bin properties, you can specify individual settings for each drive, or the same setting for all drives. Choose the 2nd one and enable recycle bin.
