Why does it seems that You made them on paint ?! Is it just me or the whole pic is out of focus, weird and so, and the black squares are not .... ?
/edit I've been using WinXP for long, and that never happened to me. PLz, specify everything about your OS, and maybe your PC. Sorry if I'm wrong on that ! :P I Love You Ana Luiza MSN

well major, I took them with print screen, moved to paint, and had to shrink down to get the size requirement
I guess I could get another pick, just 1 instead of top and bottom, that might work out better microsoft windows xp service pack 2 |

If i understand... your XP get blocked when trying to generate the list of installed software that can be removed, right?
Well, maybe you ahev a slow machine and maybe a lot of software installed. This is just a problem of getting bussy the application doing something that freezes it because its a lot of work for the speed of your computer. Try to shut down your PC, wait a few seconds, start it, shut down all the software running (even the ones that are beside the clock), dont open office or that kind of heavy software... then try to use the same panel. If this DOSENT works, the try to check what software are running at start up (see the registry or if you dont know how to do it, use some software to do it) and get out everything that its not really needed. The last possibility is that maybe you have some spyware or virus that are using all your CPU and making your PC so slow. Did you feel slow your machine? |

I work on a slow machine and weird stuff like that happens once in a while. However, I doubt this is the case because you probably would not be able to get a screenshot of the effect if its just from a lack of CPU resourcs to render it. Along those lines, do you have an onboard video card?

its not a graphical problem I think. because there is about a shitload of them in scroll, and its almost like its alphabetical because they are not at top or bottom when sorted by name. and the bad part is... I think they are about 20 megs each (sort by size, see where they fall) I do have onboard video card, but I use a different one (I have heard this can be conflict)(but I dont think its graphical) I have avast antivirus(its got a cool before logon screen scan, I did that too), ran spybot S&D. nothing.
