dedicated shoutcast server

Im trying to setup a dedicated shoutcast server.

It basically a server I rented from an ISP running windows 2003, I installed the shoutcast server on it, and winamp.. but whenever I try to play a song in winamp.. I get a soundcard error… is there a way I can use winamp to play my playlist without a soundcard..??

this is a SS of the error

In Winamp:
preferences > plug-ins > output > NULL Output

It is a plug-in that should have came with the DSP.
