sc_trans redirect

How do i setup sc_trans_040 to redirect from 1 server running at 128kbps and relay that stream to a dialup server running at 24kbps?

i have both shoutcast servers running on the same server, and i have sc_trans running as an autoDJ for the 128kbps stream, and i'll setup another one just to relay everything from the high bitrate server to the low bitrate server.
