crashing after song play

Each time I play a song, once it's finished and goes to change the song a window pops up saying "sc_serv.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

If i leave it, the music still plays out to the listeners, but if i click the buttons on the error window, it closes the program down.

What's happening and how can i prevent it?
