Localhost problem

Hey,

I want that many DJ's can go into my shoutcast server, but my server is set for localhost, so no one can work on it, exept me...

I think its a noob question, so thx to help me

that setting has nothing to do with a dj that connects to your server.

you need to provide the dj with your real ip number and the password so they can login to your server and kick the server from your stations shoutcast page.

Why should they kick the server?

And i'm supposed to give what kind of ip? the ip that I give for my radio? and the port 8000?

yes the Ip you give for your radio,
Note; that normally changes all the time so i would sugeest getting a static Ip number like i have:
You can go to www.no-ip.com and create and account.

You just provide them with that Ip number and your port, it should work for them

Ok ! I found the problem, I'm using Videotron cable connection, but the port 80 is blocked :/
